At Nexus Sanghi Private Limited (the “Company”), we are committed to ensuring a seamless and reliable shopping experience for our customers. This Order and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the placement of orders, cancellation of orders, processing timelines, and delivery of Products. By placing an order with us, the purchaser (including a consumer/NPC and a Direct Seller/NDS) agrees to the provisions set forth in this policy.
Order Placement
Orders can be placed online only through the Company’s Website. Payments for orders can be made through credit card, debit card, UPI, and any other payment modes introduced by the Company from time to time. The Company reserves the right to reject an order without assigning any reason.
Order Cancellation
The Company does not permit cancellation of orders once they have been successfully placed and paid for on the Website. All purchases are final and binding, and no requests for cancellation shall be accepted after payment is completed. Customers are advised to carefully review their order details before proceeding with payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company, at its sole discretion, permits cancellation in specific cases, purchasers may submit a cancellation request up to 11:59 p.m. IST on the date of order placement or prior to dispatch of the products, whichever is earlier, only through their registered email address by sending an email to the Company’s designated customer care email address.
Cancellation requests received after dispatch of the products may not be accepted, and such orders shall be governed by the Company’s Return and Refund Policy.
Upon successful cancellation, the Company shall confirm the cancellation via email or SMS, and any eligible refund shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s Refund Policy and applicable laws.
Order Fulfilment
Products will be delivered via courier to locations serviced by the Company’s logistics partners. Shipping charges are payable additionally by the purchaser and are based on the quantity purchased and the delivery location. These charges will be displayed at the time of placing the order and are subject to change as per the Company’s policy.
The Company may offer discounted shipping charges or may waive off shipping charges under promotional schemes or for purchases exceeding a specified invoice amount.
Designated pick-up locations may be offered at select sites. Direct sellers are advised to consult the official website frequently for comprehensive information.
Delivery Schedule
The estimated delivery time for orders is seven to fourteen (7 to 14) working days. Delivery timelines and charges are dependent on the Company’s logistics partners, and no assurance is offered in these respects by the Company.
Amendments to this Policy
The Company reserves the right to update this policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated by publication of the amended text of this policy on the Company’s website, and such amended terms will thereby replace this version of the policy and will be applicable with immediate effect.
