Nexus Sanghi Private Limited (the “Company”) is committed to ensuring the industry standards of quality and safety for its prepackaged and ready-to-eat and ready to cook food products. Our comprehensive quality assurance guarantees compliance with applicable laws and regulations, freshness upon delivery, and freedom from manufacturing defects.
These assurances apply when products are stored as per specified conditions, with the scope of the assurance clearly excluding issues arising from improper handling, tampering, or use beyond the recommended expiry date.

Scope of Assurance. The Company provides the following assurances to its customers:

• Freshness Guarantee. Products will be delivered with adequate shelf life remaining, ensuring freshness and optimal quality for consumption.
• Product Safety Assurance: The Products are manufactured in compliance with all applicable food safety laws and standards, such as those prescribed by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) or equivalent regulatory bodies in other jurisdictions.
• Purity and Quality Assurance. The Products are free from contaminants, adulterants, or prohibited substances and meet the quality parameters as specified on the packaging.
• Shelf-Life Assurance. The Products are fit for consumption until the "Best Before" or "Use By" date printed on the package, provided they are stored under the recommended conditions.
• Packaging Integrity Assurance. The Products are securely and hygienically packaged to prevent tampering, spoilage, or contamination during transport and storage.
• Taste and Freshness Assurance. The Products retain their intended taste, texture, and freshness when consumed within the shelf life and storage instructions specified.
• No Harmful Additives Assurance. The Products do not contain any harmful preservatives, artificial colours, or flavouring agents beyond the permissible limits established by applicable laws.
• Ready-to-Cook Product Assurance. The cooking instructions provided are accurate, and the product will achieve the desired state of readiness if the instructions are followed correctly.
• Temperature Stability Assurance. The product remains safe and consumable if stored and transported within the specified temperature range provided on the packaging.
• Non-Transferable Assurance. The assurance is applicable only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or users.
• Refund or Replacement Assurance. The product will be refunded or replaced as per the Company's Returns and Refund Policy if found to be defective, spoiled, or non-compliant with its stated quality parameters.
• Compliance with Claims Assurance: The product adheres to any specific claims if made on the packaging, such as "organic," "gluten-free," "vegan," or "sugar-free."

Assurance Exclusions. The assurance does not cover:

• Damages resulting from improper handling, storage, or use by the customer.
• Issues arising due to tampering or modifications to the product packaging.
• Expired products consumed past the recommended date of use.

Claims Process. Customers may report assurance related issues within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase or delivery (whichever is later), supported by proof of purchase and relevant evidence, to facilitate a smooth claims process. The Company reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine its validity. Upon the satisfactory verification of a claim, the Company will process a refund (in cash or store credit) or replacement, as per its Returns & Refund Policy.
