This Code of Ethics applies to all
the direct sellers of Nexus Sanghi Private Limited (the “Company”) to ensure integrity, fairness, and compliance with
applicable laws.
I, Nexus Direct Seller, confirm
that I am the direct seller of the Company and confirm to have read and
understood the following code of ethics applicable to me. I confirm that I will
follow and abide by the following code of ethics at all times:

Integrity and Honesty

I will conduct business with honesty, transparency, and fairness.

I will avoid deceptive, misleading, or unethical sales practices.
●
I will provide accurate and complete information about our products,
services, and compensation plans.
●
I will adhere to the vision, mission, and values of the Company when
conducting business.

Compliance with Laws and Company
Policies
●
I will adhere to all applicable local and national laws, including
direct selling regulations.
●
I will follow all company regulations and policies, as they are updated
from time to time.
●
I will not engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful
activities.
●
I will use only approved marketing content provided by the Company, both
digitally and in physical form.

Fair Sales Practices
●
I will ensure that customers understand the product, pricing, and terms
before making a purchase.
●
I will allow customers to make informed decisions without undue pressure
or coercion.
●
I will honor refund and cancellation policies of the Company and other
legal requirements.
●
I will portray products and services honestly, without making claims not
backed by officially released company literature.
4.
Ethical Recruitment
●
I will recruit individuals based on their interest and suitability, not
through false promises or exaggerated earnings claims.
●
I will not require recruits to make unnecessary purchases as a condition
of joining.
●
I will accurately represent the compensation plan of the Company and
will not misrepresent the revenue potential of the compensation plan.
●
I will not exaggerate how much of the activities can be done exclusively
from home and will explain the importance of interpersonal communication in
direct selling.

Identification and Representation
●
I will always carry the ID card issued by the company with correct
credentials.
●
I will clearly introduce myself, my association with the Company, and
the purpose of my interaction when approaching prospective customers or direct
sellers.
6.
Product Representation
●
I will promote products honestly, without making false claims about
benefits, results, or performance.
●
I will provide complete and accurate information about product usage and
potential effects.
●
I will provide all necessary information to customers and prospective
direct sellers only from the content approved by the Company.
7.
Training and Development
●
I will undertake regular training sessions without discrimination or
prejudice against any team member.
●
I will use only company-approved training material for business
development and mentorship.
●
I will conduct leadership duties by assisting, guiding, and mentoring
other direct sellers in the company.
8.
Respect and Professionalism
●
I will treat customers, team members, and competitors with respect and
professionalism.
●
I will avoid making negative, defamatory, or false statements about
competitors or customers or other sellers and will not do anything that will
jeopardise the reputation and good will of the Company.
●
I will respect the relationships between customers and direct sellers; I
will not attempt to sabotage or influence them unethically.
9.
Consumer Protection
●
I will ensure transparency in pricing, commissions, and incentives.
●
I will provide receipts and relevant documentation for every
transaction.
●
I will respect customers' rights and privacy, ensuring no misuse of
personal data.
10.
Reporting and Accountability
●
I will report any malicious activities or unethical conduct by team members
or other direct sellers to the Company.
●
I will maintain confidentiality of business information and data, using
it solely for business growth and not for personal advantage.
11.
No Misuse of Company Name or
Branding
●
I will not misrepresent affiliation with the Company.
●
I will use company branding, trademarks, and materials only as per
authorized guidelines.
●
I will conduct business in a manner that upholds and protects the
reputation of the Company and its officials.
12.
Conflict of Interest
●
I will avoid engaging in activities that conflict with the company’s
interests.
●
I will disclose any potential conflicts of interest to the company for
resolution.
13.
Consequences of Violation
●
I understand that violations of this Code of Ethics may result in
disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or termination of my
association with the Company.
●
I understand that the Company reserves the right to take legal action in
cases of serious misconduct.
By engaging with the
Company, I agree to uphold this Code of Ethics and contribute to a fair,
honest, and ethical business environment.
