REFUND POLICY

At Nexus
Sanghi Private Limited (the “Company”),
customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every
product meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. However, if a
customer is not entirely satisfied with their purchase or if the product does
not meet their expectations, we are here to assist. This Return and Refund
Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a purchaser (including a
consumer and a Direct Seller) may return or request a refund for products
purchased from us. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights
and our obligations in facilitating a smooth and hassle-free return or refund
process.
Communication of this Policy
As part of
their obligations under this Policy Document, Direct Sellers must ensure that
all purchasers are informed of this policy at the time of purchase.
Eligible Returns
Purchasers who
are not completely satisfied with their purchase may inform the Company within
Seventy Two (72) hours from the date of receipt of the Product and must return
the Product within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the
Product for a refund, replacement, or store credit, subject to the following
conditions:

The return request must be accompanied with a
copy of the purchase invoice.
●
The Product must be unused, unexpired, unopened,
and in its original packaging.
●
The Product must have been stored under proper
conditions.
●
The Product must not have been intentionally
damaged, misused, or mishandled.
Ineligible Returns
Products will
not be eligible for return in the following cases:
●
Products that are opened or partially consumed or
tampered with.
●
Products that do not meet the return eligibility
criteria.
●
Products that are seasonal, discontinued, or are
special promotion items.
●
Products purchased from unauthorised sellers,
marketplaces, retailers, or resellers.
●
Promotional Products, special bundles, or
seasonal Products.
●
Products received by the Company after the
allowed return period.
Return of Damaged Products
At the time of delivery, if the
Purchasers notice that the package or consignment is visibly damaged, deformed,
or wet, they should refrain from accepting the delivery of such package or
consignment. Further, the Purchasers must immediately inform the Company by
sharing clear photos of the package or consignment showing such damage, etc.
Products received in a damaged
condition may be returned under the following conditions.

The return request must be submitted within
forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the damaged Product.
●
The return request must specify the nature of the
damage and be accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice, and clear photos
of the Product showing the damage.
●
The Products must be shipped to the Company
within seven
(7) calendar days from the submission of the return
request, failing which a new return request must be raised.
●
Return of damaged Products is subject to the
Company’s appraisal and approval. The purchaser should cooperate with the
Company to facilitate the appraisal.
Terms and Conditions of Refund, etc.
●
This is a good-faith policy, and the Company may
blacklist any purchaser suspected of involved in an abuse of this policy.
●
A purchaser may submit a return request by
filling out the return form by visiting this link [mention link] and submitting the required
information and documents. In case of a return request in respect of a damaged
Product, the Company reserves the right to approve the request based on the
photographs submitted. Damaged Products should be shipped only after being approved.

Products should be delivered safely packed to the
Company’s office at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, at the purchaser’s own expense.
Shipping fees for voluntary returns will be borne by the purchaser. In case of
return of damaged Products that are approved by the Company, the Company will
reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
●
Refunds will be processed only in respect of the
purchase price of the Product, net of taxes and shipping charges.
●
Upon approval by the Company of a return,
purchasers may choose to receive a cash refund, replacement, or store credit,
based on their preference. A refund request will be initiated when the returned
package is received and verified by the Company.
●
If preferred in cash, refunds will be processed
by the original payment method within seven to fourteen (7 to 14) business
days.
●
In case of replacements, the shipping charges of
the replacement Product must be borne by the purchaser. The replacement product
will be delivered according to the Company’s standard delivery guidelines.
●
No returns of replaced
Products will be permitted, unless they are reported as received in damaged
condition and otherwise meet the applicable criteria under this policy.
●
Store credit can be used within thirty (30) days,
for future purchases.
Amendments to this Policy
The Company
reserves the right to update this policy at its discretion. Any changes will be
communicated by publication of the amended text of this policy on the Company’s
website, and such amended terms will thereby replace this version of the policy
and will be applicable with immediate effect.
